Very sadly, since volume one, Daniel Johnston has passed away. The first volume of my Daniel Johnston album reviews tackled the legendary singer/songwriter’s first three albums – ‘Songs of Pain’, ‘Don’t Be Scared’ and ‘The What of Whom’. Back in January, we started ourselves a new sub-series within the ‘Special Review’ chronology.
